We are having a good time working with the lovely people at the Disability Support Centre in Dudley. Is lovely to have enthusiastic bread makers and every loaf and roll has it’s own identity and sound!! It proves greatly to me the theraputic elements we are working with and what bread making can do to develop collective and communication…. it is a rich tool indeed.
As ever this is a case of who educates the educator and I feel part of the team learning together… Bread has it’s own agenda and we learn enormous patience!! Baking times…etc!!
